The Osaka Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry (OTIE) has started calling for applications for its V:DRIVE program.
V:DRIVE provides corporate human resources at major corporations with opportunities for working as practical training at venture companies, helping them to acquire new skills and know-how and to develop a sense of management. The goal is to develop the next generation of leaders who will lead the creation of innovation.
The OTIE will provide consistent support, from coordinating venture companies to receive the people to setting goals for dispatched personnel, regular mentoring, various types of learning support, and follow-up to ensure that the experience and skills are put to use after the training.
Dispatch period: October 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022 (Recruitment period: April 30 to August 31, 2021)
