Xport

An urban open innovation center opned by the Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) and the Osaka Institute of Technology (OIT) in April this year. It aims to solve problems and create new businesses through exchanges among diverse entities.

It is a regional general economic organization working to revitalize the economy of Osaka. It is involved in a wide range of projects, from policy proposals and requests to the government, to industrial and regional development, to support for human resource development and certification programs.

Research Management and Administration Section, Office of Management and Planning, Osaka University

Department in charge of research promotion and support. It is currently holding a series of “[Resona Bank, Osaka University] Thinking Breakthrough Seminars for Business Managers” using research topics at Osaka University as a starting point.

IBPC OSAKA

Supports overseas expansion and trade promotion for small and medium-sized enterprises in Osaka City, and promotes support for the location and establishment of domestic and overseas companies and R&D bases in Osaka City.

Kansai Employment Consultation Center (KECC)

Provides free consultations and seminars by lawyers and Labor and Social Security Attorneies to help venture companies understand employment rules accurately and develop their business without labor-management problems.

Advanced Telecommunications Research Institute International, Inc.

As part of the “Keihanna Research Complex” project, it facilitates measures and events to support the fusion of different fields and start-ups.

New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO), Kansai Branch

A national research and development corporation that promotes the “fostering of R&D-oriented ventures” to discover new leaders of innovation and create new industries, from the seed stage to support for commercialization.

National Center of Industrial Property Information and Training

Provides intellectual property support to start-up companies.

JETRO Osaka Headquarters

It provides two-way startup support, including overseas expansion of Japanese startups and matching of overseas startups with Japanese companies.

Yahoo! Mix Leap
